More Snæfelsnes

My favorite image of the trip. I had to lay on the edge of a cliff and look straight down to get it. Love the blue and green water on the top, and then the stripe of green algae, then the white lava flows.



So many plants growing out of the rocks, it was really surreal.



I loved these cliff fingers poking up.









The line of white along the left side of the rock is actually seagulls.



This one looked like the entrance to a giant´s cave.







These chickens were just walking around as we ate outside.





So much color when you look close.

Stykkishjólmur and Snæfellsnes

Huge update. A few scattered from within Reykjavik, but most of these are from a trip we made up to Snæfellsnes, the next peninsula up from Reykjavik. This was one of my favorites, a big emptry truck as a framing device for a beautiful landscape.



Some of the rock formations were amazing. I love this cliff wall.
